Information for doctors

If you decide to send your patient to our clinic, you can consider two possibilities:

1. Programme paid by state
2. Pay programme

1. In the programme paid by state the patient needs consignment written by the family doctor or psychiatrist on the form 027/u. In the consignment you need to write:
a) addressee " Clinic of Neurosis";
b) diagnosis and the therapy received before;
c) overall somathic condition of the patient;
d) analysis (blood, urine) from the last month;
e) flurogrammme made during this year;
f) information about the patient if he has n' t been in touch with infection illnesses.

When the consignment is ready, you need to call to our registration department and register the patient there for the treatment.
It is possible, that the patient will need to wait in the cue to get in this programme, but you will be informed about the possible time to get in the programme.

The following services are included in the program out of additional charge:

• individual consultations of doctor – psychiatrist;
• 1 - 2  individual psychologist consultation;
• group therapies led by psychologist (art psychotherapy in group, music psychotherapy in group, autogenic training and relaxation - visualiaziation in group, movie therapy in group);
• medicamental course;
• the consultations of the social worker and support groups in her guidance.

The services - for additional charge:

• thematical - educational groups led by psychologist;
• movement and dance therapy in group;
• individual psychologist consultation;
• remedial gymnastics;
• individual art psychotherapy, music psychotherapy, autogenic training and relaxation - visualization, hypnotherapist consultation;
• living in the guest house (meals included):
  • single room: 17,00 – 18,00 Ls/ a day;
    
  • double room: 14,00 – 15,00 Ls/ a day;
    
  • triple room - 10,00 Ls/ a day.

2. Pay programme. If the patient wants to get treatment in " Clinic of Neurosis"  stright away - without cue, without consignement of doctor and anonymous, he can enter the pay programme, which patient pays by himself.

Cost for a day:

• single room 59 Ls;
• double room 55 Ls;
• with TV +1 Ls/a day

This service includes (10 days):

• individual consultations of doctor – psychiatrist;
• individual consultations of clinical psychologist (if you stay for 5 days - up to 1 consultations, if you stay for 10 days - up to 2 consultations);
• medicamental course;
• the supervision of the personnel on duty the whole day;
• meals (three times a day after the clinic's menu);
• the consultations of the social worker and the activities in her guidance;
• remedial gymnastics in the groups led by specialist;

Until 3 therapies per week on your choice:

• movie therapy led by psychologist;
• art therapy led by psychologist;
• music therapy – led by music therapy specialist in groups;
• rythm therapy – led by music therapy specialist in groups;
• movement and dance therapy led by psychologist;
• autogenic and relaxation training.
